The newly appointed Starbucks CEO is all set to lead by example, he has found a very unique way to know his company and its work culture. He has announced that he will work as a barista in Starbucks outlets once a month.
Narasimhan has spent time getting to know his company and during which he has completed his certification as a Barista which requires an on job training of 40 hours. This will help him better understand consumers, challenges, opportunities, and company culture. Narasimhan also stated that he had learned a lot with his on job training and has experienced every aspect of the business. He thanked all the baristas for their welcome into the stores and also for their help and support in knowing the process. He further stated that knowing about the hard work and challenges behind the green apron was good.
