It's summertime now. You want to spend more time outside, soaking in the rays on the beach, at the pool, and in the garden. You want to go on those long drives and soak in the breeze and sun. You want to schedule family outings to amusement parks. Wear loose flowy clothes without harming your skin.
The truth is that summers may be rough on your skin. Oil gland activity increases with temperature and humidity. In this season, it's common to see oily spots, rashes, pimples, sunburn, roughness, and patchiness.
The following ten suggestions can help you feel and look your best this summer:
1. Be full-body microdermabrasion to be ready for summer.
2. Take care of your face. To maintain it clean and moisturized, spritz it with water three to four times every day. To remove dirt, perspiration, and filth, use a scrub once per week, but make sure the scrub is right for your skin type.
