Prevention is preferable to cure is a saying that perfectly describes how we spend our daily lives. Always choose safety above regret and stay out of harm's way. Prevention in action. We can protect ourselves from any danger that might harm our health, our time, or our money by practicing prevention. Prevention is essential if we want to live healthy lives while in a busy life. The working people in corporates or any job today are considered busy people.

But along with you being a busy person, you need to focus on your health and body, otherwise, it is of no use for you to earn and work when you are not looking at your health. So, here are a few tips for you to stay healthy because it is always said that prevention is better than cure. Have a look!

1. Take a break for at least 20-30 mins

Take a break for at least 20-30 mins every day between your continuous working periods. If there is a park or other area of greenery close to your place of business, leave your desk during your lunch break and go outside. Together with the health benefits of exercise, it's also beneficial to spend time away from your work, especially if you venture into nature.

2. Set your sleep routine

Several health issues, especially those relating to our mental health, might be partially attributed to sleep deprivation. Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep each night.

3. Develop a habit of exercising to develop

Choose a type of exercise class. You may also enjoy jogging or swimming, all of which are excellent options. Effective exercise does not require excessive energy. It is much more probable that a regular, modest fitness plan will keep you healthy than sporadic, intense workouts.

4. Follow your heart and be happy

Keep a record of your joyful experiences since figuring out what makes you happy is easier said than done. As an alternative, take an empty jar and fill it with notes about joyful memories or things you're thankful for. Maybe you enjoy reading or tending to a plant in the garden.
  • Practice yoga
  • Alter your daily routine; perhaps take an alternative path to work?
  • Dine out with family and friends.
  • Treat yourself to a nutritious breakfast to get your day off to a good start.
  • Add some fresh vegetation to your home and garden.
5. Give regular check-ups for your health

Your first line of defense against any potential health issues is routine health exams. As we age, they can be preventative and scheduled once or twice a year. The early detection signals of more significant problems can be found, guidance can be offered, and a variety of health conditions can be examined.
